Supply Chain Planner

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing the stocks and managing the relationships with our suppliers. You do this by analyzing data and liaising with different departments and suppliers. Other tasks that fall under your responsibility are evaluating supplier performance, monitoring the quality of the delivered products and performing invoice checks.

This is what you like to do

  • Contact suppliers to discuss deliveries and find solutions to problems.
  • Liaise with different departments within Danpoort such as: Sales, Customer Service and Logistics. You are a spider in the centre of the web.
  • Always strive for an optimal stock and take responsibility for this. 
  • Thinking in terms of solutions and fixing ad-hoc tasks in in a minimum of time.
  •  Brainstorming with your team, celebrating successes, overcoming obstacles and joining in the monthly Thursday afternoon drinks.

You can identify yourself with this

  • Graduated college or university. Preferably in the direction of Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain environment.
  • You have worked with an ERP system before, preferably Exact.
  • A real regulator and not afraid of ad-hoc work.
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach.
  • Experience with networking and maintaining relationships with external parties is a plus.
  • Perfect command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
